Item 1: Description of Services.

This website Ecom-plus.com is owned by ECOM-PLUS: Save more. We serve as an intermediate between hotels and users, Africa, Europe and all other continents, to give them the opportunity to seek and book hotel rooms online but also the opportunity to book all types of travel products: Car Rental (4x4, Minibuses, Motorhomes) ticket sales of aircraft, cars ....

Ecom-plus offers on its web site all information about products or services it offers its guests comfort, equipment, fares, routes ... All information displayed on our websites are submitted by our suppliers and remain under provider liability. Ecom-plus as a platform for processing bookings, disclaims all liability for the content of information, messages, drawings and photographs or quality of services offered by suppliers. As for booking hotel rooms online prices that appear on our site Ecom-plus.com are really attractive and, unless otherwise stated, are per room for the entire duration of stay. In each description of rooms, you will find equipment and services included in the price match. In the case where the hotel chosen by the client does not have availability for the room type and dates of the client, the client agrees that Ecom-plus hotel is a replacement, having the same characteristics as the hotel chosen in the original application, to satisfy the reservation.

Item 2: Reservations

  • The customer booking by Internet, telephone or facsimile (fax), is then tied irrevocably to the acceptance of these Terms of Use and the reservation can not be challenged except in pursuance of Article 6.
  • Upon receipt of the application of Internet booking, by phone or fax a booking agent for Ecom-plus deals with the application. During the opening hours, our counselors immediately treat the booking request.

Item 3: Confirmation

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details (telephone number, fax number, e-mail, etc.) when booking are correct and will receive confirmation of booking and / or the services ordered. Assuming the customer does not receive this confirmation, it must contact customer service. Ecom-plus can not be held responsible for input errors made by the client.
  • The reservation is considered valid upon issuance and / or upon sending a fax or e-mail confirmation.
  • To provide additional information regarding an existing booking, Ecom-plus contacts the client once, coordinates already given. Ecom-plus will not be held responsible if the client can not be reached for contact information already provided.

Item 4: Prices

  • The price stays, indicated in euros, corresponding to rates provided by our suppliers. Prices may vary depending on travel dates, seasonality, events or business events or tourist.
  • The prices displayed on our website are per room for the entire duration of stay
  • Ecom-plus can not be held responsible for constraints beyond our control.

Item 5: Payment

  • The client makes the final payment of the room directly with the hotels during their stay. When booking the client must pay a deposit which varies between 10 and 15% depending on the type of hotel chosen. This deposit is to guarantee your booking and you avoid letting your credit card information as guarantee your reservations. This deposit will be deducted directly at the final payment to the hotel. Extras consumed locally by the client are payable directly to the supplier.The extras are all drinks made by the client, which are not related to his book, namely tax, breakfast, telephone, drinks ... Therefore it is the responsibility of the provider bill the customer for all drinks made during his stay and which are not included in the reservation.
  • The client reservation must be authorized to make payment using credit card in possession. Ecom-plus disclaims any liability for payments made by persons not possessing this power.

 

Item 6: Cancellation / modification

  • Any reservation of the customer who has received confirmation from the reservation services of Ecom-plus leadsto the opening and processing of client files.
  • All cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing: by e-mail or fax.
  • A cancellation is only feasible way of screening upon arrival at the hotel. All bookings started and stay current consumption is non-refundable.
  • The cancellation deadline is 5 days before the beginning of your stay at the hotel. Failure to comply with the time of cancellation by the customer requires Ecom-plus retain the deposit paid as security.
  • In case of changes resulting in an increase in the total amount of reservation, no additional fees will be requested
  • Any changes made within 24 hours of confirmation of reservation does not involve
  • Where the above conditions are not applicable for reasons beyond the control of Ecom-plus, Ecom-plus provide the customer with the special conditions of cancellation during the booking process.
  • Services Ecom-plus process any request for change of reservation, even those submitted late. In contrast, Ecom-plus, can not guarantee the consideration of amendments. Where the amendment can not be completed for reasons beyond the control of Ecom-plus, the customer can either accept the initial booking, or cancel, under the cancellation policy. If the client decides not to accept the alternative offered by duly Ecom-plus, it simultaneously waives his right to claim compensation.
  • Customer agrees Ecom-plus can not be held responsible for the relocation situations outside their control. Thus, in case of over-booking or other special situations in which Ecom-plus is required to relocate the client, Ecom-plus more committed to providing our customers an alternative similar to the original reservation (standard equivalent conditions equivalent comfort, same period, same region) additional fees.

Item 7: Confidentiality of information.

Ecom-plus commitment to use your personal information only for professional purposes and therefore committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share any of your personal information to third parties.

Item 8: Customer Service

  • The Service Clients of Ecom-plus is available during business hours by phone, fax and e-mail, contact details published on the website. Any inquiry will be recorded and a response will be given as soon as possible.
  • All complaints, except complaints about hotel services following the above procedure will be sent in writing: e-mail, fax or mail. The processing of claims found to be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
  • The customer has the right to submit a claim within 10 days from the day of departure. Any claim submitted beyond this deadline will be considered void. The late claims (beyond the period of 10 days) in no event shall the liability of Ecom-plus.

Item 9: Disputes

  • Ecom-plus is in no way responsible for any disputes that may arise during the delivery provider for the following reasons: home, comfort, price, availability, product quality and service, etc..
  • All the media published by Ecom-plus and general conditions of sale have been prepared in French. Only the French texts serve as reference in case of dispute by the customer. Any legal proceedings will be followed on the basis of French texts. Ecom-plus acknowledges that the texts on media belonging and general conditions of sale in English, Spanish and other foreign languages that are translations of original texts drawn up in French.
  • The parties agree that any dispute arising under this contract falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mali, all costs being borne by the party making the request.

Item 10: Disclaimer.

Our website Ecom-plus.com has been prepared with utmost care. All information is provided by hotels. For this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information on their establishment, such as price and availability at any time. Thus, we can not guarantee accurate and faultless, nor be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.

You should always verify the information before you act based on it.
